Premier League Legends Crouch and Cole Hit the Swiss Slopes Together in Epic Ski Getaway

Former England stars Peter Crouch and Ashley Cole are making the most of their retirement, enjoying a luxurious skiing getaway in Verbier, Switzerland, with their wives Abbey Clancy and Sharon. The winter escapade has been documented through social media, with Clancy sharing glimpses of their alpine adventure, describing it as "the best time."

The group's vacation wasn't just about hitting the slopes - they were spotted letting loose at an apres-ski bar, where they joined fellow revelers in an enthusiastic rendition of Gala Rizzatto's Eurodance hit "Freed from Desire." A video shared on Clancy's Instagram story captured the former Premier League players jumping up and down to the beat while their wives danced on a bench nearby.

The high-profile couples made the most of Verbier's renowned hospitality, dining at the exclusive Le Rouge restaurant with friends Lucinda Cox and Riley Uggla. Adding a touch of humor to their Swiss Alps experience, Crouch managed to photo-bomb a group picture of the women before they headed out for skiing.

This Swiss getaway isn't a one-off occurrence for the two couples, who have maintained a close friendship over the years. Since hanging up their boots, both Crouch and Cole have opted for leisure over coaching careers, unlike many of their former England teammates, allowing them to enjoy frequent vacations together. Their continued camaraderie off the pitch demonstrates how their bond has extended well beyond their playing days in the Premier League and with the national team.
