The Brazilian international was caught on camera delivering a scathing verbal attack at Mallorca defender Pablo Maffeo, declaring "You're terrible; you're going home" while his team maintained a one-goal lead. Maffeo, who has built a reputation for his confrontational playing style, appeared to have successfully drawn a reaction from the Madrid star.
The hostilities didn't conclude with the match itself. In the tunnel area following the game, Vinicius Jr. became embroiled in a physical confrontation with Mallorca midfielder Manu Morlanes, necessitating intervention from Real Madrid staff to separate the involved parties.
